Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeTeller ("the Service", "Platform"), operated by TradeTeller ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users including traders, subscribers, and visitors to tradeteller.pro.

Description of Service

TradeTeller is a trading tools platform providing:

• Trading journal and performance tracking tools
• Analytics and statistical reporting dashboards
• Backtesting and trade replay functionality
• AI-powered trading assistant and coaching
• Position size calculator

User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

TradeTeller offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. For refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TradeTeller to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's code or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or servers.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the AI assistant to generate financial advice for third parties commercially.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and features of TradeTeller are owned by or licensed to TradeTeller and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Your trading data remains your own. By uploading data to the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it to provide the service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeTeller is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Results obtained from the AI assistant or analytics are accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
• The platform will meet your specific trading requirements.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using TradeTeller.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeTeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or financial losses of any kind.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Loss of profits or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
