Refund Policy
We stand behind TradeTeller and want you to be completely satisfied. Here's everything you need to know about our refund process.
Free Trial Policy
New subscribers receive a 5-day free trial on their first subscription. During your trial:
- You have full access to all platform features included in your chosen plan.
- No charge is made until the trial period ends.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial — simply go to your account settings and cancel before the trial expires.
- If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and your access will continue until the end of the trial period.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are unhappy with TradeTeller after your first payment, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. To be eligible:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your first paid charge.
- The guarantee applies to new subscribers on their first payment only.
- It does not apply to renewals or repeat subscriptions.
- Accounts found to have abused the trial or refund offer multiple times may be declined.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Here's what to do:
- Email us at tradetellerpro@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan within TradeTeller.
- Emailing us at tradetellerpro@gmail.com.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period (unless within the 14-day guarantee window).
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the 14-day window.
- Annual plan payments after 14 days from first charge.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Charges where the free trial was used and not cancelled before expiry.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you have a genuine exceptional circumstance (e.g. a prolonged technical issue preventing platform access, serious illness), please contact us at tradetellerpro@gmail.com and we will review your case on its merits. We aim to be fair and reasonable at all times.
